Giles was fantastic. I was listening to my guests talk during my event and they commented multiple times about what a great voice Giles had, very soothing and makes you want to stop and listen. I would not have any hesitating in hiring him again. No matter what your event is that you are hosting, Giles will be a great addition. Your guests will love him. I know we did.

Giles played for my parent's 25th wedding anniversary party and was absolutely wonderful! He was a non-intrusive musician, but was definitely still audible at the party for those who wanted to listen and even catered to a few of our song requests. Easy to communicate with and very professional. Would hire again and would recommend to a friend.

Great performer, punctual, and receptive to feedback and requests. Giles performed 1 hour of acoustic guitar and vocals at my wedding this summer and knocked it out of the park. The hour included 30 minutes of rock/pop covers with vocals and 30 minutes of classic wedding music during our ceremony. Would not hesitate to hire again!

Fantastic! This is the 2nd time we hired Giles. He is very talented... he played during the arrival of guests at my daughters wedding last October & yesterday we hired him to play at our other daughters graduation party. Everyone enjoyed the entertainment immensely.

We wanted to have music playing while our guests were arriving for our son's graduation dinner. We also wanted music playing during dinner, but our guests needed to be able to have conversation as well. Giles Ponticello was perfect!! He was very professional, accommodating, and he delivered on all counts. I requested a certain style of music and Giles came up with a wonderful playlist. Many compliments flowed his way during the evening. This was my first experience using gigmasters and I couldn't have been more pleased. We highly recommend Giles Ponticello, an excellent guitarist and singer!

Giles played the ceremony music for my wedding. I booked him through Gigmasters and was slightly nervous because I have never done anything like that before. Everything went very smoothly and he got back to me about all the questions I asked him before the big day. He even learned a couple songs for me that I had requested. I was the bride so the day of I barely got to hear him play but he got there on time and everything went as scheduled. He played a song he picked out for my sand ceremony and played a song I requested for our recessional and everything sounded great! Giles was very professional, reliable and talented and I would definitely recommended him!
