Great communication, responded quickly to my initial request for availability, answered my questions promptly. When a time adjustment was needed, he again responded quickly that it would not be an issue. Without checking, he sent a message confirming appointment the day prior. Arrived early, beautiful addition to the ceremony. My family and I were very pleased with Mr. Wilkinson’s bagpiping.

His performance at the serivce was exceptional and all the feedback we received from our congregation was extremely positive. Stephen was on time, we weren't ready so he was happy to just hang back a bit and warm up. When the time was right he matched in and gave an excellent performance, he was able to leverage the crowd to make it an experience we were all part of. Stephen was wonderful to work with. He was very professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with from first contact through my daughter's wedding day.
