I never received the flash drive with the photos & video. Difficult using a website called We Transfer. The video ended abruptly & Byron advised he would correct it. The new and final version was never sent. A bit unresponsive to texts & difficult for me to speak at my office during the day.

I have since discontinued using We Transfer for client photo and video deliveries.
The client has received their fully edited video and photographs and the work was completed in May of 2024.

Byron Huart , photographer, arrived twenty minutes late due to traffic congestion, he said. The lateness places a concern on my part because videotaping a production needs to start at show time 4pm. The room / venue is rented. Nevertheless, when he arrived, he apologized and got right down to taping the show and quickly taking a headshot of whatever performers he could at the spur of the moment.

The review by the client is inaccurate as the final work, post production and editing has yet even be completed.
This review she has left is based on a circumstance that was entirely out of my control and for which I am not liable for, not on the quality of my work nor the performance of my contractual duties and obligations.
Also the client Myra patiently waited for me and then proceeded to start the program after I arrived to the venue and set up my equipment.
I then proceeded to record all the performances by all the performers and took photographs of all the performers in their entirety.
Nothing in the program was missed nor not documented and the show went on as planned.

I didn’t have a good experience with this photographer it’s been nothing but back and forth and pictures were horrible.

The statements made by Ms. Fernandez are false, defamatory, and materially misrepresent the services provided, causing harm to my professional reputation.
I performed all obligations under the parties' agreement in full, including timely arrival at the event, provision of services in a professional manner, and delivery of more than 1,100+ edited photographs within one week.
Ms. Fernandez has provided no credible evidence to substantiate her allegations. Her frivolous claim for a refund was denied due to a lack of factual or contractual basis.
This review appears to be a retaliatory action following that denial.
All services were rendered in accordance with the contract, including over five hours of event coverage, associated travel, and timely delivery of the final work product.

He is a thief, stealer of my product and provide inadequate service. He came late to Mom's funeral land missed recording the beginning of the service. He mailed 2 flash drives. One was pictures of someone else. One was not a video it was music and vocal only. He downloaded the video and pictures to Google Drive then deleted it the product. He's trying to manipulate me into removing a factual review about him inorder to re-download my video and pictures. He is also demanding that I sign a Cease and Desist agreement. He also didn't have a car and I had to drive this stranger in my car to the cemetery and repast.

A police report has been filed against Ms. Harvey for harassment, cyberstalking, and making false and defamatory statements about me from 2023-present.
Throughout this matter, Ms. Harvey was uncooperative, belligerent, extremely hostile and declined to work with kazokue-movie.com and I to resolve the issue.
She requested unpaid services, said flash drives don't work but never returned them after replacements were sent, she demanded a partial refund via Zelle. When I declined, she proceeded to post false and disparaging remarks about me.

The contract specified an 11:00 a.m. start time, which I honored. No prior written request for an earlier arrival was provided by The client nor authorized agent.
All contracted deliverables—a fully edited two-hour video and over 1,000+ photos—were delivered via USB drive in mid-November.
I reserve the legal right to refuse service to individuals who engage in unprofessional, deceptive, predatory and unacceptable conduct.
