So happy to have selected this group. It was a solo player for about 15 people for a surprise Christmas gift for my father. Very professional and accommodated my requests. Would hire again without a doubt. Thank you Matt for making it a success!

Best money spent on my event! I hired Matt to be a soloist steel drum player for a series of corporate employee events. Our theme was tropical, and Matt TOTALLY brought the fun, Hawaiian vibe I was hoping for! I could physically see our employees faces and mood perk up when they heard Matt playing! Loved it! Matt was also extremely accommodating. I had forgotten to book entertainment for one of my event dates, but within hours of the start time - Matt adjusted his personal plans, drove from out of town and arrived (on time!) to play for us! Thank you for sharing your talent with us, Matt! Such a great time!

Island Boogie was perfect for our senior group!! Very easy to work with as well as being extremely talented! After a year of being quarantined, our group felt like we were on vacation! Will definitely recommend!!

Matt was awesome to work with! He was very accommodating and did an excellent job!! We had a small and intimate wedding with only ourselves and my husband's two kids but he performed as if he was performing in front of a crowd. Island Boogie Steel Drum Band was AMAZING! Every single guest of mine asked how I found them & complimented me on their performance. So many of my guests wanted their information & said they would use them for their future events. While I was running around like crazy, trying to get last minute stuff done, they arrived on time & set up & made things so much easier. They played beautiful music all night & the lead singer had a great voice. They were so flexible & accommodating & anytime a guest asked for a personal request such as Sade, they did it & sounded just as good as the artist!! Don't think twice! Hire them for your next event! You will not find a better band!

This was a poolside event to celebrate the 25th anniversary of incorporation of a small Texas town. Island boogie provided just the right mood and background for a great part to kick off the celebratory weekend. Island Boogie was PERFECT! They were so professional and they were (as requested) very low-key. Though this was only a 30 or so person party, they knew exactly how to play it, making our party a total success. I told them as I left that I would be thinking of an excuse to hire them again as soon as possible. I highly recommend Island Boogie - they made our tropical themed backyard birthday party very memorable for everyone.

We hired this band for a World Cup themed party with about 35 people, a mix of adults and high school seniors. By the third set, everyone was dancing and singing along, no matter what age group. They impressed even the band and music teachers in the audience. A great choice for an upbeat get-together. We had people both indoors and out, and kept the doors open so everyone could hear them.They were easy to work with, flexible and reasonably priced. We ended up asking them to stay an extra hour because people were having too much fun!
